Principal consultant - Kevin Reeves Bsc (Hons), MBA,
FRSA, FFB, MCMI, MCIM, AIBA, ACIOB, MIMC - Managing Director and
founder of Reeves Consulting.
His business experience and knowledge extends across three decades, and is centered on the construction and water and nuclear power utilities industries. He has had experience as an operations and project manager, marketing manager, and business and financial management consultant, and in change management. Before setting up Reeves Consulting in 1997 he was with Wimpey Construction, Tarmac Management, Welsh Water and Birse Construction where he was head of marketing for the South West Region.
As Managing Director and Principal consultant at Reeves Consulting he has developed a solid client base with both Private and Public sector organisations. He has built the reputation of Reeves Consulting such that in the sectors within which it works it is now highly regarded. His consultancy work has ranged from Research, Strategic Business and Marketing planning through Balanced Scorecard to Network formation in the Construction sector and Presentation Skills training.
He is also a Mentor for the Prince’s Youth Business Trust, a member the Association of MBAs and of the Strategic Planning Society. He has also served on the Procurement Committee of the Chartered Institute of Building and has been a visiting lecturer in Construction Marketing at LoughboroughUniversity.
He is listed on the National Business Link Consultant Register, is a Construction Best Practice adviser, a Strategic Forum Toolkit adviser and a Benchmark index assessor.
Consultant and trainer - David Rowland B.Sc. (Hons),
MBA
With over 20 years
industry experience he is a highly knowledgeable and accomplished
manager. His experience is centred on the Food and Construction
sectors, having worked for Architen Group, as Managing Director,
DFI Lucas Ingredients (Dalgety plc), as Commercial Director, and
Bejam Freezer Food Centres Ltd, Gerber Food Holdings, Freshbake
Foods Ltd and Interfood Ltd.
His experience
ranges from: New product development; Brand management; Quality
systems including ISO 9001, process improvement and supply chains.
He has also been involved in IIP, Staff recruitment, appraisal,
as well as career and personal development. He has also manged
Strategic alliances; Mergers; strategic, business and marketing
plans, capital planning, and management of regulatory and external
affairs.
His management
consultancy projects have included: a global marketing strategy
for genetic stock for high yielding oil palms for division of Harrison
Crossfield; and a strategic plan for an alternative distributor
channel for Lucas Ingredients (Dalgety plc). Research into
networks and business alliances in the food and drink sector for
Reeves Consulting and Business West.
He is
a visiting lecturer in strategic management, business policy, and
strategic analysis at Bath University, and a Member of the Institute
of Directors, and Filton College Corporation Audit Committee.
Consultant - Dr Stephen Drewer
Stephen
is an economist and civil engineer who was a Reader in Construction
at the University of the West England until August 2002. Previously
he was Professorial Research Fellow in International Construction
at the University of Lund, Sweden. Stephen has published many papers
on construction and the economy and is a specialist in the industrial
structure and employment effects of construction programmes in both
developed and developing countries.
He has
worked with international, national and local government departments
and agencies. In the private sector he has advised general, specialist
building and civil engineering contractors, construction equipment
companies and property developers in both the United Kingdom and
Western Europe.
