Reeves Consulting was formed in 1997 by Kevin Reeves, a very experienced, knowledgeable, capable and successful businessman, consultant and coach. Under his leadership as Managing Director and Principal consultant Reeves Consulting has developed a solid client base and high reputation with both Private and Public sector organisations.
We work in partnership with our clients to establish their needs, then uniquely tailor our services to meet those needs giving genuine added value to rejuvenate our client’s organisation, and enhance their performance. We work through strategy, business improvement, change management and developing people, with people from the board room, shop floor and supply chain. Using a range of tools techniques and processes; some exclusive to Reeves Consulting and others well known industry standards such as the Balanced scorecard and Belbin’s team roles. Delivery processes can range from facilitation to consultancy, coaching and mentoring. The business has expertise in Strategy, Marketing and sales, Financials, Operations including supply chains and in developing People and Teams.
Our clients have included: Welsh Water plc, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Mott MacDonald, CITB, Undod consortium of Housing Associations, Morrison Construction and Somerfield Stores; plus a larger number of SMEs. The business has particular expertise in the Construction, Nuclear, Housing and SME sectors. In recent years Kevin has taken Reeves Consulting into the Nuclear sector advising the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority on supply chain and skills issues and private businesses on market entry strategies.
