The Background

The client was a newly formed company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of aluminium windows, curtain walling and bomb blast windows.  The two directors running the business had a wealth of knowledge of their industry, products and competitors.  However, they identified a need for guidance and support in the areas of overall business strategy, markets and marketing.  The directors felt they needed the input of an external consultant specialising in these areas and knowledgeable about their sector.

Having identified the problem the client approached Reeves Consulting Limited to develop and implement a consultancy project.

The objective of this project was to advise and assist the client with the sustainable and profitable development and expansion of their business.
